When I am not at the fitness center I work out to get a half-hour to an hour focusing on cardiovascular training. It is essential to eat wholesome, but inside reason. I want to make wholesome juice drinks in the morning and afternoon, after which eat a regular dinner. Every thing in moderation, such as moderation I say.</description>

I workout at my school everyday and im having a very difficult time b/c im unable to obviously watch the dvd, pause play during workout, etc.  Im having to write down everything and its taking way way too long. 

Can someone post a link if they have anything electronic for this program?  If not, im very surprised there&#039;s nothing out there like it yet!  How else are we supposed to take this workout to our gym!  Afterall, you and me and everyone else in America who worksout has a membership somewhere in town...might as well get my moneys worth you know?
