I just crushed Back and Biceps, and my roommate joined in for Ab ripper X. I’m feeling great right now. Tomorrow AM I’ll do Yoga X and then meet the family around 2. This holiday I’m staying close to home so I shouldn’t have an issue getting my px90 workouts done. I’m really enjoying the results I’m getting, the mental state being the best. I’m already looking forward to next spring when I complete round 2. I’ll be super sonic fit. This workout definitely works if you put forth the effort. I love it.
Excellent writing, I enjoy reading your stuff. abdominal routines and diet and excercise should be part of everyones daily routine. The rewards are immense since having a strong core is vital to having a strong body.
