I never like peanut butter. Too thick in my mouth always made me gag. Knowing I had to eat something before working out this morning, and not wanting to make porridge, I tried peanut butter on wheat toast. Not Bad! Quick and painless! Protein and Carbs!
Did legs and back. Did well with it. I’m taking a little break before doing Abs. I tend to have more energy and perform better if I wait an hour after my main workout before doing the ab portion. I love working out in the morning, gives me a euphoric high all day long. And it’s Friday! Sweet!
I admit, I have not been on this blog in a long time… however it was another enjoy to see It is such serious case and ignored by so many, even specialist. I thank you to succor making people more alert of possible problems.
i am allergic to peanuts so i can only taste a bit of peanut butter even if i love it so much.-~-
