Yesterday I couldn’t move. I mean come on… I did Plyometrics on Tuesday but I modified a lot of the moves. Walking up stairs and down hurt. I took a nap and my ass hurt when I laid down. Wait, I think Glutes is the correct term for that. Either way I was sore as shit. Has anybody done Stretch X, I’m thinking I should start doing more stretching at night to loosen up.
Today I did yoga x. A 90 minute workout of silent pain. In the first minute my legs were at a 7/10 on the sore scale. By minute 90 I was down to a 3/10. So I guess the 90 minutes of silent pain is really 90 minutes of silent healing.
Apparently I never noticed it before, but the camera guy’s name is Jerry. Every time Tony talks to the camera guy I feel like he’s talking to me. It’s like he’s engaging with me. They should come up with a way to personalize the PX90 DVDs for your name. I think I have better workouts now that I think somebody is working out with me.
I switched to wheat bread for sandwiches this week. They don’t taste like cardboard if you want to be eating them. In the past I never wanted to eat them, now I want to. So that’s cool.
