PX90 Review: Week 6

I skipped my px90 workout today. I woke up very sore and stiff. My back has been a little tweaky lately. Rather than risk injury I decided to take today off. I’m going to shift my workouts by one day skipping Legs and Back. So tomorrow I’ll do Plyo, then back and biceps, Yoga, and then finishing the week with Kenpo X. I’m also thinking I really need to start doing Stretch X on the 7th day.

Monday’s workout went well. Although I can’t do a one armed pushup to save my life. I thought I was going to break my arm supporting myself. According to Tony on the video there’s a trick to everything… however I don’t know what the trick is for those pushups ’cause it aint working for me.

    You’re at about the same spot I am in my P90X routine! Definitely take care of the back - stretching will always make it feel better. As for the one-armed pushups? They suck and are hard - try rotating your body a little bit while doing them… it does make them a little bit easier.
