People often ask which is better, weights or px90 resistance bands, the answer you won’t like: Depends. If you have a complete set of weights already I think these are better to use because of the full range of motion you can achieve with your exercises. However if you do not have any weights or you on a traveling person bands are the better solution. Resistance Bands provide a compact light weight solution. So in a nutshell, while I think the weights are better due to the range of motion you get, if you’re on the go or don’t want to spend the money on weights (which are more expensive) get yourself the bands.
