Hello everybody. I lost my user name and password last week which prevented me from blogging. So here’s the recap. My px90. So today is the 3rd day of chest and back. My chest reps are improving… my back numbers are not. I’ve always had difficulty improving my back workout when I was in the gym… so this doesn’t surprise me in the least however it’s annoying. I decided to leave my pull up bar in efforts to do pull ups casually throughout the day. Perhaps that will improve my px90 numbers.
