Time to start eating more food before my px90 workouts. I had my typically juice and Kashi Go Lean cereal, however half way through I lost all momentum. By the time I got to Ab Ripper X I basically just went through the motions which is terrible. My Chest and Back numbers were interesting. Some exercises the numbers improved, others were worst than last week. I’m going to start making 2 eggs and toast along with my cereal each morning. That should give me more energy to make it through my workout.
