Kenpo X is more or less a cardio px90 workout. Rather than do that I ended up going on a hike in the Adirondack’s of NY. I was supposed to go skiing that day with a friend but the mountain was over run with NYC peeps. We choose to go hiking in Woodstock instead. 2.5 miles up (in snow) and 2.5 miles down. I haven’t hiked since last summer, I was having difficulty for the first 1/2 mile but that disappeared when I fell into my natural rhythm of left leg, right leg. By the end of the hike I was beat… no way in hell was I going to do kenpo X.
Summary of px90 Day 5: Winter hike is comparable to Kenpo X.
