px90 Day 1 – Chest and Back

After nearly 2 weeks break I’m back. With the holidays and a common cold last week the px90 was underperforming. I learned a few things the first time around such as waking early, eating breakfast, waiting for half an hour, working out, taking a shower afterwards, and writing in my blog immediately after that. A schedule more or less. A routine that once established will be hard to break. I feel great. It was a difficult getting back into it but thankfully I did.

The px90 workouts are meant to be difficult but when you’re done (especially if you do it in the morning) you’re pumping with energy. The energy is what I’m after, I want to feel alive during the day. So I lived on Peak Recovery Formula during today’s workout. As I mentioned before this shit is the px90 workout elixir.
