So I didn’t actually do this px90 workout yesterday. I was busy all day due to no productivity during the previous two days. At 11 last night I made the judgement call to throw in the towel and go to bed. I don’t want to half-ass my px90 workouts. I’d rather double up a day (although this is probably a bad idea) then sluggishly make my way through late at night.
I woke up early this morning, mixed some recovery drink in my water and went to town. So let me tell you about this recovery drink they have. Technically I think you are supposed to use it after your px90 workouts. However I’ve noticed that drinking it before, during and after is absolutely amazing. Last week I mixed one scoop in my water during my legs and back workout and I had so much fierce energy that I was exceeding my expectations. I recommend everybody buying the peak recovery formula and drinking some while you workout.
Today I crushed my workout. I took my maximum weights and reps from last week and used them as my standard for today. I did really well. Today was definitely my best px90 workout thus far.
