While doing ab ripper x in px90 yesterday it dawned on me to substitute crunches for extremely difficult ab exercises. For a few of the exercises I found myself just lying on the floor not doing anything…this is bad! Until my core gets stronger I might as well keep moving during the exercises that I have trouble with. If you exert yourself for all the exercises you can do for px90 ab ripper x then you’ll only have to do a few crunches before you feel your abs aching.
Summary of px90 Day 5: If all else fails do crunches.
