I killed it Wednesday! I dug deep and brought it! After finishing weak on Tuesday I was looking for an opportunity to go all out. px90 shoulders and arms gave me this opportunity. I went with high weights on my shoulders and biceps, lower weights on triceps. I have naturally large arms (lobster arms as my friends say) so I’m a little timid about using heavy weights and low reps. I’ve been told numerous times I should use low weights and high reps to tone my arms.
Wednesday was the first px90 workout where I really felt refreshed afterwards. I think doing the workout in the morning is the way to go.
