px90 Day 2 – Plyometrics

If px90 gets any tougher than this I’m going to have to hirer a drill sergeant to yell at me. Plyometrics aka Jumping takes all of your energy in the first inning. If I can’t walk tomorrow I won’t be surprised. Sitting here now I can feel my thighs locking up.

Squat jumps, lunge jumps, twisting jumps, frog jumps… 30 minutes left to go on the time bar and I was spent. This was also the time where I was concerned for my downstair neighbors peace and quiet. Don’t do this px90 workout at 11pm if you live in an apartment with downstair neighbors. I shook my living room jumping. I can only imagine what expletives my neighbors were thinking when their ceiling sounded as if it was going to cave in at any given moment. So I stopped with 30 minutes to go, not the best thing to do but the right decision due to noise and lack of energy. I’ll do the full workout next week during the morning.
