I’m starting the px90 tomorrow

I bought the px90 a few weeks ago in efforts to bulk up. I’ve always had a high metabolism which keeps me thin… well skinny. For the past 5 years I have been in and out of the gym with moderate success. I’ve grown stronger and added a few pounds but have never achieved the results I’m after. Until about 6 months ago I wasn’t very good at eating healthy. The px90 actually puts a lot of emphasis on eating right, so I’m actually looking forward to learning which foods and meals will keep me fit.

I’m hoping that by writing about my journey through the px90 I’ll be able to make it to the end. I have been known to start strong and finish weak, or not finish at all when it comes to difficult activities. From what I hear the px90 is going to be the most challenging physical experience I have ever faced. I really want to “bring it” for the full 90 days.

The guy over at 90dayreview.com gave me the idea about blogging your way through the 90 days (I actually stole his blog look because I have no artistic skills of my own). I wasn’t to fond of posting pictures of myself but after some reflection I decided that I would do so. It seems like a lot of people who do the px90 are bigger guys looking to lose weight and tone them selves. The before and after pictures aren’t of skinny guys. I hope that by posting pictures of myself I can show others with a similar body type what results you might expect to see.
